If you missed out on the 2,000-won egg mold and the 5,000-won music box at Daiso, you’ll likely regret it the more you think about it later. One makes a child’s lunchbox look cute, and the other is a prop that adds music and atmosphere to a small space.
In this post, the Daiso recommended products introduced Kokubo boiled egg mold과 Premium case music boxI will organize them by price, product number, and use. I have included product information from when they were introduced on September 4, 2026, as well as criteria to use when searching for them in stores.
First, please remember the product number and price.
The key point is simple. The Kokubo boiled egg mold is the product number 681022127, The price is 2,000 won, and it is a product for decorating boiled eggs in the shape of fish and cars.
The premium case music box is the model number 1072363, The price is 5,000 won. Both products are based on the prices at the time of introduction in the original text on September 4, 2026, and showing the product code at the store will help in finding the item.
If you choose an egg carton as a practical item to decorate your lunchbox and a music box as a sentimental accessory for your desk or shelf, your direction will become clear.
If you want to change your lunchbox, use a boiled egg mold
The shape catches your eye first. It is an egg mold that adds fun to children's lunch boxes or snack plates, allowing you to create fish and car shapes instead of the standard oval boiled egg.
It is not complicated to use either. Since it is designed to mold a hard-boiled egg into the shape of the product, it changes the impression of the lunchbox even without preparing many side dishes.
This approach is especially well-suited for guardians who find it burdensome to prepare character bento boxes every time. Distinct shapes like fish and cars serve as focal points on the plate without the need for additional decorations.
Although introduced for children, it is likely to interest adults who like cute kitchenware as well. It can make ordinary ingredients look a little different, even when placing boiled eggs on a salad or snack plate.
Choose a music box for a decorative item that makes a sound.
A music box is a product that allows you to enjoy both decoration and music. This product is introduced not with rotating dolls or elaborate decorations, but with a simple design centered on a case featuring an illustration.
It operates on a spring mechanism. If you wind the spring ‘For Elise’It is described as a product that plays music, so you can place it on a shelf or side table and use it as a prop to listen to music when needed.
If you prefer a calm appearance over a flashy music box, this one is a better fit. With pictures and music contained within a small case, it is ideal for placing in spaces where a quiet atmosphere is desired, such as a desk, bedroom, or child's room.
The original text conveyed the impression that they felt a sense of comfort after gently lifting the product in the store to listen to the sound. However, since satisfaction with a music box varies depending on the listener's taste even for the same tune, it is essentially a product chosen by considering both the decorative design and the musical atmosphere.
The two products have completely different uses.
The price range of 2,000 to 5,000 won is not a significant burden, but the purposes of purchase are clearly distinct. Egg molds are practical items for decorating food, while music boxes are decorative items accompanied by music.
If you are looking for an item to use with your child, an egg carton might catch your eye first, but if you are choosing a small decorative item to keep and enjoy for a long time, a music box is a better fit. One is used frequently at the dining table, while the other is a way to change the atmosphere of the space.
The trend of prioritizing design continues even among Daiso products in similar price ranges. In the August 2026 introduction materials, a 1,000 won seashell-shaped teaspoon, a 1,000 won retro-style multi-purpose cup, and a 2,000 won ceramic sauce bottle were also mentioned.
Please use the product code when looking for it in the store.
It is more efficient to have the product number ready rather than just saying the product name. If you remember that egg molds are 681022127 and music boxes are 1072363, it is easy to distinguish the product you want among similar packaging.
Before visiting, it is practical to check the product code or name on the Daiso membership app and then call the store to confirm availability. Since the stock displayed in the app may differ from the actual display status, taking these two steps helps save you from making a wasted trip.
There are also cases where a wider variety of products was found in larger stores rather than smaller ones. However, since not all products are stocked in stores of a specific size, it is more convenient to check inventory at nearby stores first and then determine your destination.
Popular items vary by store depending on stocking and sales speeds. Even if you hear that an item is out of stock, it does not mean that sales have ended at all stores nationwide, and conversely, just because you saw it at one store does not mean it is available at other branches.
This is a Daiso recommended product for people like this.
If you want to decorate your child's lunchbox a little differently every day, a 2,000 won egg mold can be a practical choice. Thanks to the fish and car shapes, you can add visual variety to your menu with just a single egg.
If you like decorative items that make sounds or want to place a quiet- 분위기 item on your desk, a 5,000 won music box is a good fit. ‘For Elise’The feature of this product is its simple case-type design that runs on a spring.
For both products, choosing becomes easier if you prioritize utility and personal preference over price. Once you have decided to purchase, start by noting down the product code and checking stock availability via the Daiso app or by calling the store.
