Depending on work arrangements and workplace regulations, additional labor costs, such as holiday pay, may also arise; therefore, the government must consider not only public convenience but also business operating conditions and potential gaps in care services.<\/p>\n<p>As of September 14, 2026, there has been no announcement from the government that it is officially reviewing the designation of September 28 as a temporary public holiday.
