Children who are falling behind academically, only to find out that their families are struggling financially and are psychologically depressed as a result. <strong>\u2018&#039;Complex difficulties&#039;\u2019<\/strong>Support for students experiencing this has been too scattered so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welfare Department for money issues,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mental problems, counseling room,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studying is by the homeroom teacher\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because communication between teachers and students was lacking, teachers were overwhelmed with work, and children often did not receive proper help.
